- Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of bwave.bh (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including booking, participating in, or observing any surfing activity, you (“Participant,” “User,” or “you”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our services or facilities.
- Assumption of Risk
Participation in surfing and water-related activities involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, physical injury, drowning, slipping, equipment failure, and other unpredictable hazards.
By participating, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with the activity.
- Waiver and Release of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, bwave, its owners, staff, instructors, affiliates, and partners shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, loss, damage, or death arising out of your participation in any surfing or related activity, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
You waive any and all claims now and in the future against bwave.bh and release them from all liability connected with your participation, including any claims for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death.
- Participant Responsibility
- You confirm that you are physically fit to participate in surfing activities.
- You must follow all safety instructions given by our staff or instructors.
- You are responsible for your own behavior and actions during the activity.
- Minors must be accompanied by a guardian who accepts these terms on their behalf.
- Medical Conditions
If you suffer from any medical conditions or disabilities that may affect your ability to participate, you must notify us in advance. We reserve the right to refuse access to any individual who may be at risk.
- Bookings, Amendments & Cancellations
All bookings are subject to availability. Refund and cancellation policies are outlined separately during the booking process. In case of weather or safety-related cancellations, we may reschedule at no additional cost.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the booking to be eligible for a refund.
Change requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the booking; otherwise, they cannot be accommodated.
- Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of any personal items brought to the venue.
- Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bahraini courts.
